Conversion of Green Point telephone works industrial style buildings into commercial mixed use and fashionable residential loft-space living. The redesign demonstrates a high degree of consistency in material use and spacial gradation.

It consists of an hotel, the "Protea Hotel Cape Town Victoria Junction", offices and shops on street level. (Lila Komnick, October 2017)
