BERNHARD, Gerald Joseph Conrad

Architect

Born in Pretoria, Bernhard was working in the Orange Free State circa 1928 where he executed one of the few known buildings so far recorded by him. By 1935/6 he was with the City Engineer's Department in Pretoria.
