Sir Herbert BAKER's London partner after 1930; Scott was responsible for the design of Barclays Bank, Cape Town around 1932 with Baker, and for South Africa House, London (1930-33). According to W PERCIK (1989) Scott was a most agreeable person to work with. FRIBA?
