ISAA (1928)
Was born in Harderwijk, Gelderland, the Netherlands. He came to Pretoria, in the then ZAR in 1895 where he worked as a carpenter in private practice. He qualified himself as an architect. After the First World War he entered the DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS where he designed various magistrates' courts as well as the Pretoria Afrikaans Boys High School and Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Pretoria. He was resident in Pretoria, where he died.
