Recorded in 1959 as principal and partner with VAN WIJNGAARDEN in the practice HENK DE BIE and VAN WIJNGAARDEN of Bloemfontein, Orange Free State. In 1958-1959 he served as President of the OFSPIA. In 1969 he is recorded as of the same practice of address 600 President Buildings, 123 St Andrew Street, Bloemfontein, Orange Free state.

His memorial plaque is at the Memoriam Cemetery in Bloemfontein.
