An architect practising on his own account in Cape Town from about 1920, Forsyth was in partnership with AJ THOMPSON from 1923 to 1926 in Cape Town (cf THOMPSON & FORSYTH) and retired in 1956. Latterly he lived at Apsley, Alexander Avenue, Fresnaye (Sea Point) Cape Town. He married and had four children. His name is also found spelt Parker-Forsyth, as on his death certificate.
He married Irene Galletly Scott on 3 April 1923.
