An association between S GOTZSCHE and G NYBERG in Johannesburg in about 1905. The basis for this information depends on a plan dated 1905 in Johannesburg municipal records. Correspondence with Mrs KEM Copeman, Gotzsche's daughter, mention 'partners Welz & Nyberg'; the dates of the partnership are not yet established. Jean Welz worked in Gotzsche's office briefly around 1938 but it is not known that he was ever a partner. So far Nyberg seems to have been an associate or possibly a partner only in about 1905. No records have yet been found relating to Nyberg.
