Émigré architect from Berlin, Germany, leaving in 1928 anticipating the imminent rise of anti-semitism. She had earlier accompanied her father in 1914 to South Africa where he, as manager for AEG (SA), had built the Victoria Falls Power Station near Vereeniging, Transvaal. She had studied architecture at Baugewerschule, 144 Kufurstinstrasse, Berlin, Germany. Thereafter in 1926-1927 she had worked for AEG Schiffbauerdam [Wolff in conversation with Chipkin, Swellendam 1997 (Chipkin 2008:100)]. References
