Stands where the Sexton's House once stood, which was in turn replaced by the older Groote Kerk Office Building.

The office block belongs to the Groote Kerk.

B[asement] and G[round] and 10 floors, concrete framed. Curving golden brown facebrick, plaster bands and steel windows, travertine and chrome shop trim. The building curves past the adjacent tower of the Groote Kerk and forms a small shopping arcade.
