Built for NZASM workers. Single storey hipped roofed hospital, plastered brick walls and covered with corrugated sheet metal roof. Roof cavity ventilated through openings between stoep roof and main roof. Wrap around stoep. Stoep remodelled. Currently [2016] serves as private dwelling.
