See more photographs Built in 1904 for Cape Town's small Greek community at the time. The church was expanded in 1983. In 1993 Father Nikolai, a Romanian monk, and his helpers covered the interior walls and ceiling completely with their paintings of Greek Orthodox saints and religious scenes.
