This house was situated at 19 Sherborne Road (Erf 205) Parktown. The first owner of the property was Mrs. E.J. Boustred. By 1925 the house had been built and by 1928 the house was valued at £ 2 400 with the land value only £710. In 1933 the property had been acquired by Mr Kuhule. By 1937 Mrs Stott was the registered owner; the land was valued at £3 900 and the house valued at £9 000. Mrs Stott owned the property until it was expropriated - sometime after 1967 - and the house subsequently demolished to enable the construction of the M1 highway.
