Single storey ventilated hipped roofed cottage, brick walls on brick plinth and covered with corrugated sheet metal roof. Wrap around stoep. Stoep part-remodelled. Roof cavity ventilated through openings between stoep roof and main roof. Extant but in poor condition [2016].
