Built as head offices for Maynard (Pty) Ltd Office Equipment Specialists with ground floor and basement as showrooms and first floor as office machine workshop. The building is reinforced concrete-framed with aluminium and glass with vitreous enamel spandrels. The shopfronts are of marble, terrazzo, chrome and bronze.
