House Holst now Yellowwood Lodge Built by P Hofman for his Nordic clients on Erf 3533 on land granted by the Municipality in 1894 and bought by Solomon Petrus Terblans on 22 January 1904 and sold in turn to Hjalmar Thesen (22 years) eldest son of the Nordic settler Arndt Leonard Thesen and his wife Katrine Holst.
