A simple rectangular building of local coursed sandstone ashlar with a straight pitched roof of corrugated iron, a simple captured gable to the street in which a timber framed arched window and door ar bilaterally symmetrically placed. The fretwork timber barge-boards are the only decorative style-bearing elements.
