Rossouw Street in Fraserburg is the town's architectural showpiece. To quote Hans Fransen, "No. 5 Rossouw street is a fine and unaltered Karoo-type house, five bays wide and under a good cornice and stepped parapet, with two doors, one being a louvred French window. Its wall is rusticated up to 1m in height, the rest being roughcast."

It is situated at the western end of Rossouw Street.
