One of whaler JH Muller's cottages on his second grant of 1822. After his death in 1841 and the downturn of the whaling industry it was turned into a dwelling by JW Stukeris in 1851. Altered in 1902 by William Fletcher. CH SMITH designed the additions and alterations in 1917. Owned by Mills family since 1916. Thatch replaced by slate, with hips.
