Click to view large map Coordinates: | Built on ground granted to whaler JH Muller in 1807 as grazing land. His business closed down in 1853. It served as a holiday cottage for innkeeper George Rathfelder, brewer Anders Ohlsson and GJ Findlay. Findlay sold it to entrepreneur Stephen Trill. 1940: Application for conversion into flats was turned down due to new height restriction laws after the Bellemer Flats debacle.
