On the ground floor also, leading from the hallway, which is entered from Ockerse Street, are well-fitted smoking room, billiard room, and bar. On the upper floor the bedrooms are furnished with good taste and in comfortable style, and bathrooms are available (on either floor) where hot and cold water may be had."
