"This well-known first-class family and commercial hotel of Potchefstroom is the property of Mr. JA Hendricks, and was originally built about 1885. Mr. Hendricks has added an upper storey to the structure, and in other ways has considerably improved the property. The hotel is situated at the end of King Edward Street.
