Former Griekwa Parsonage. The building is visible on a photo taken by WB Philip between 1857 and 1861. The museum is situated on the site of the previous San Mission station, which later became a Griqua mission station. A stable, complete with yellowwood beams and a horse mill are also on display. The museum pays homage to London Missionary Dr J Philip, Griqua leaders Adam Kok II and III, and anti-war, pro-women’s liberation activist, Emily Hobhouse.
