Click to view large map Coordinates: | In 1938, four stands in Tiendestraat, Boksburg-North, were purchased. A parsonage was built on them in 1939. In 1940, two stands in Championstraat were bought. On 7 November 1942, it was decided to erect a church building on these two stands. The cornerstone was laid on 3 July 1943, and the church building was dedicated on 19 February 1944. The stand to the south of the church building was purchased by the N.H.S.V. On this stand, the church hall was erected in 1979. On 8 February 1964, it was decided to purchase three stands directly adjacent to the church building on the western side. The current parsonage was built on them. Later, the old minister’s stand and parsonage were sold. The contractors of the church were Petra Konstruksie. |
