The Cathedral was added to by BAKER & MASEY with a new Parish Room, Lady Chapel and a tower, and it was completed with a porch and entrance in 1957. The tower was dedicated in 1906 and was demolished in 1965 as being unsafe. (Grieg 1971:254)
