Accommodation consists of (i) storage space, (ii) garaging facilities for four trucks and servicing, provision of covered spaces for loading and unloading, and garaging at night for delivery vehicles. A restricted site with limited frontage. A security-conscious building with restricted openings. No lift or hoists are provided, a ramp links ground and 1st-floor storage.
