BUILT on sloping site, facing north, and overlooks Hosking Park and gold mines in the distance.

Foundations: Cream-coloured Free stone; granite steps.
Walling: Hard local bricks plastered. Joinery of teak.
Floors: Reinforced concrete throughout. Steel windows throughout.
Roof: Reinforced concrete; flats covered with asphalte.
Pavings: Tiles and slate.
