Born: fl. 1897 Died: 1903 Architect Architect or surveyor (or both), Phillips (initials currently not known) worked with H KALLENBACH in Johannesburg from about 1897. Phillips was also recorded in Longland's Transvaal & Rhodesia (Zimbabwe) directory (1903) in partnership with H KALLENBACH at Primrose Buildings, Johannesburg (cf. KALLENBACH & PHILLIPS). After 1903 there is no further mention of him in South Africa.
