Was an English-born architect who practised in Bloemfontein around 1897. He was listed working as an architect in Cape Town in 1903. In September 1904 he applied for a licence to practice as an architect in Pietermaritzburg, apparently rather tardily. His address at the time was 14 Timber Street, Pietermaritzburg.
