A corporate firm of consultants resulting from the merger of the Cape Town-based partnership PRINSLOO, PARKER, FLINT, ELLIOT AND VAN DEN HEEVER and the Johannesburg based partnership GAPS in 1979.

In 1991 the Directors in the Cape Town office are recorded as Ivor PRINSLOO, Graham PARKER, Andrew FLINT, David VAN DEN HEEVER and Robert MEEK.

The directors in the Johannesburg office are recorded as Derek ASPOAS, Glen GALLAGHER, Chris KROESE, Pedro ROOS, Barry SENIOR and Erky WOOD.
