The partnership in Cape Town around 1820 between E DURHAM and W WARREN, they appear to have worked as contractors in Cape Town around 1820. According to Lewcock (1963:77), the Commercial Exchange building in Cape Town may have been carried out by Durham & Warren, contractors for the building, the original plan by J CHISHOLM being found unsuitable.
