In 1959 he was a partner in the practice KEET, GREEN & LOCHNER with offices in the Cape (Stellenbosch) where he was based, and in the Free State. They designed the Nederduitse Gereformeerde Kerk in Moorreesburg, Western Cape. But he is listed in the partnership LOCHNER, GREEN & PAUW in Stellenbosch. By 1969 he was in practice on his own in Cape Town. In these years he served on the executive of the Institute's councils.
