Graham was born in England where he was probably trained. He was in South Africa by 1904 when he is recorded looking after H CLAYTON's office in Johannesburg during a visit overseas by Clayton. He looked after Clayton's business on subsequent occasions and was an executor of Clayton's estate. Graham was listed as a member of the Association of Transvaal Architects in 1916. He married in Johannesburg in 1926; one of the witnesses was Ida May Clayton. He died in Johannesburg. TPIA 1927; ISAA 1927.
