See more photographs On the farm Leshiba Wilderness which nestles on top of the Zoutpansberg were the remains of an old Venda village, which has been rebuilt and extended to become a unique lodge. The original 6 huts, one of which had the remains of a roof structure were rebuilt to the exact scale of the original, with modern conveniences and used for self catering. The lodge has subsequently been developed into a fully catered lodge with 2 additional luxury units, a unique stand alone bathroom on the edge of a ridge, a lounge, dining, kitchen, timber deck and swimming pool. The famous Venda sculptor, Noria Mombasa was commissioned to "work" on the village and helped convert it into a unique and magical place. (Michael Scholes) Click here to view a brochure.
