LOCATION: N'dabeni, a municipal industrial area with close proximity to labour dormitory suburbs. Design of a furniture factory including an upholstery section. A solution to a complex industrial process, anticipates lateral expansion, single-storey factory, under a shell roof. Abuts a flat slab construction with vertical extension possibilities.
