The first bank to be built in Luderitz. Built in 1907 in German colonial style. Today, the building houses NEDBANK.

Proclaimed a National Monument on 7 Feb. 1980 by the National Monuments Council of South Africa.

THIS BUILDING IN THE GERMAN COLONIAL STYLE WAS BUILT IN l907 BY THE CONTRACTOR
A. BAUSE. IT IS THE FIRST BANK BUILDING ERECTED IN LUDERITZ.
