Die tweede Sendingkerk se hoeksteen is in 1920 gelê. Die gemeente is gedwing om dit onder groot protes op 15 Augustus 1969 aan die Gemeenskapsontwikkelingsraad te verkoop vir R18 860 omdat die destydse regering nie 'n "bruin" kerk in die middedorp wou hê nie. (Morné van Rooyen, August 2015) The cornerstone of the second Mission Church was laid in 1920. The congregation was forced under great protest on 15 August 1969 to sell it to the Community Development Board for R18 860 because the government of the time did not want a "brown" church in the middle of the town. Next door to the right is the Klipsaal (Stone Hall) built in 1884.
