CONSULATE OF ECLECTICA Johannesburg (Melville), South Africa, 1975 It was our house, a semi-detached house that we bought in very bad condition and which we set about building with hardly any money. It was difficult to finish it but we lived in the two houses where we had four bedrooms: ours, Dori's mother's room, Kitty's room and a guest room.
