(SAAE&S Jnl Dec 1905:40) In Oct 1977, when inspected by Rennie, the building was called Traduna House. It has been Equity House since at least Oct 2009 (Google Street View). Foundation stone in foyer "laid by WH Hardblock Esq Director of the Norwich Union Life Insurance Society March 22 1906. Builders Rochelle and Smith. Architects MacGillivray & Grant."
