Used to be the tennis court pavilion for the Seahurst Hotel, which was converted into Seahurst Cottage by John Perry. Lych gate designed by Bright Fraser. In 1946 Solomon Ginnis named it Seascape. At some point belonged to Cecile Rudaizky who passed away in c. 1984.
