An example of Le ROITH's following of the work of Richard NEUTRA whose interest he shared on the integration of building, site and landscape, and synergy of the design of these with the occupants and users. Of his commercial oeuvre, CHIPKIN says: (2008:96) that Le ROITH had moved into a commercial world of property development via a Modern Movement sensibility which he transmuted into a rational routine commercial vernacular of distinctive quality.
