Sold in 1946 to Frances Vivian Mary Carlton-Jones (nee Mavrogordatos) as a holiday home. She commissioned additional rooms in 1946. Sold in 1950 to Kathleen Zilla Rumble. Sold in 1954 to Surgeon-Lt.
