(SAB May 1934:35) Original date unknown, additions were made in 1934. The property has a heritage grading of 3C ("significant in the context of a streetscape or direct neighbourhood"). The city council calls it "a fairly good architectural example which has been slightly altered", "has a good interface with the street" and "contributes to the streetscape and area". 2026: The buildings are now occupied by shops.
