Designed as 2 blocks of flats (apartments) with connecting courtyard. The first block contains a number of bachelor flats with the provision of a communal space at ground level. A pedestrian scheme related to city and mass transit systems; no motor car provision is provided for. The second block consists primarily of 2-roomed accommodation. Roof is developed as solarium space. The development was an investment proposal.
