| (SAA&B May 1905:157) According to the City of Cape Town's Heritage Building Plans Register (2013), the building was on the north-east side of Strand Street, 63 feet [19.38m] from the NW corner of St George's Street. That makes it one of the buildings that was demolished the early 1960s to make way for the Prudential Insurance building.
