(PSB:239) On the City of Cape Town Historical Maps 1944-1966 the following are indicated on these premises: Factory, Boiler House, Steel Tanks, Cooling Towers, Offices, Garages, Substation, Warehouse, Delivery Chute. The warehouse was next to the railway lines and a loading platform is also indicated.
