Ground and 4 floors, curving corner International style, concrete framed. Ground : chrome motor showroom windows, black tiles, travertine, elegantly thin plastered concrete curving canopy. Upper floors : plaster, steel windows, glass blocks on stair shaft. Reed edged top level canopy, plaster banding. Steel pipe railing on parapet. Period touches, flag pole on plastered brackets, curving details. Entrance foyer : terrazzo work, green, black, yellow, pink.
