(SA Archt Jun 1939:81) The DR Church sold the building in 1997. It was partly demolished and extensively altered to become the 15 on Orange Hotel. Around 2022 it was sold to the Capital Hotels and Apartments Group, and is now known as the Capital 15 on Orange Hotel.
