The brother of EL DEVEREUX, he came to South Africa from England in 1850 with his brother. After a short time in Natal apparently, he accompanied his brother to the Transvaal and worked in partnership with him in Pretoria (cf DEVEREUX brothers). Currently nothing further is known of him.
