The daughter of Arthur LEITCH, Marjory Leitch studied architecture at the University of the Witwatersrand, graduating with a Diploma in Architecture in August 1935. She later married a fellow student, George ABBOTT. They lived in Johannesburg in a house designed by DM COWIN and G Abbott. In 1959 her address was 121 Jan Smuts Avenue, Parkwood, Johannesburg.
