(TAD MHG 51377; Building Jun 1924:36; Stucke exhib cat no 19; AB&E Dec 1932:4) Chipkin, 2013:78 ascribes the building to John Francis BEARDWOOD; van der Waal, 1987:261 ascribes it to STUCKE. It would seem that BEARDWOOD died during the project and STUCKE took over.
